About Us

We first saw alpacas at National Fielddays in Hamilton many years ago, and never dreamed that we would be able to own and breed these beautiful animals.

About 7 years ago, a visiting friend mentioned that her neighbour was looking to rehome her 4 alpacas, and a few weeks later we were the owners of 2 Suri and 2 Hucaya alpacas. They were in dire need of a shear  - and so began our adventure.

Once we had decided that these animals were relatively easy to look after, we went looking at buying some quality breeding females. So, from 4 weathers we are now the proud owners of 19 alpaca.

This year we have added a stud male to our herd, and hope that he will give us a lot of beautiful cria in the future,
